Personal information submitted via our contact and quote forms is processed only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and delivering our services. By requesting a quote or booking a service with Urban Glow Cleaning Services, you agree to the following general terms. Quoted prices are estimates based on information provided and may be adjusted following an on-site assessment of the property's size and condition.

Bookings are confirmed once a schedule has been agreed between Urban Glow and the client. Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated as early as possible to avoid disruption to our service calendar.

Urban Glow Cleaning Services (Registration 2026/063225/07) operates as a professional cleaning service provider and is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear identified prior to a scheduled clean.

This website may use minimal, essential cookies or local storage to support basic functionality. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or tracking.
